Minimize Comments, Recommendations setting

Please add a setting to minimise the comments (already done) and video recommendations when viewing a video to help reduce the YouTube addiction when watching a video, less likely to tap on another video or get lost in the comment section.

These settings are available in the Piped web client preferences.
