Queue, Comments, Chapters bottom sheet behviour consistency

Describe your suggested feature

Make Queue and Chapters bottom sheet to follow the same behavior
just like comments sheet

1. interact with player while sheet open
2. minimize with player and automatically expand again with player

reason ?

1. it brings consistency to bottom sheets
2. we are not restricted to interact with player with any of the above sheet opened
