Managing Playlists on multiple devices, including the computer

Describe your suggested feature

As a way to help mitigate information overload (save time);
In order to save time as well as to keep both a backup and a searchable list for use on the computer, there should be a way to synchronize LibreTube metadata in some text format which could be edited/changed and synchronized back to the LibreTube app(s)/device(s).

[Motivation: An important portion of media we consume is something we might want to share, and also manage the metadata for, plus help ourselves to save time dealing with lots of media, for example through tagging/grouping/favoriting/etc., and by making it searchable and filterable.]

Second benefit: Such a feature would make it easy to pass on a URL/Title from the computer directly into the (updated) playlist(s) of the Android device.

(Thirdly; one might also introduce a tagging option which then could be managed like that as well.)
