It is a follow-up to #6 by @Nancy-Chauhan . yosysSynthesisReport() invokes both synthesis and reporting, but the step name looks like there is only reporting step. It would be great to optimize it somehow.
My suggestion would be to to consider to add a new method to fusesoc which would be called runWithYosysSynthesis() or so. We could also introduce an optional flag which enables Yosys report processing in the common step
