I understand that this might be NSFW, but a lot of people like me want to use privacy-respecting FOSS frontends to as many services as humanly possible.
Here is the source code for gelbooru-go which seemingly only allows the user to view SFW content, but Booruview allows for the user to block all R18+ content and blacklisted content, or view them.
