Update link checker to skip false positives #185
Description
The link checker now always fails for 429 errors, which aren't relevant. So the CI always fails, which means I ignore the CI status, which means I occasionally miss more important failures.
Need to check only for 404s. If it's hard in linkinator, I've done this with muffet, too.
