Paprium not working only loads the "PAAAAA" minigame.

Recently the entire Paprium game got dumped and when running this in Genesis Plus GX, the game only plays the "PAAAAA" minigame even when resetting. I want to play the full Paprium game so is there a way to get this updated so we can all enjoy the game?
