Slowness and compatibility issues in retroarch's beetle saturn on weak PCs

When I go to play Sega Saturn games using the Retroarch Beetle Saturn, most games start to slow down, my PC is a weak PC, could you fix these problems please?

mednafen Saturn Core is the most demanding of all Saturn emulators. The official recommendation is at least 4 cores at 3.3Ghz to run smoothly.

Yabause has bad emulation in several games, the other 2 cores do not run on my notebook @crashGG

Beetle Saturn recently improved compatibility with some games, but there are still a few games that experience slowdowns, such as Skull Fang and Sky Target.

The compatibility and performance of Sega Saturn games has improved somewhat with the updated core, but when I leave another program open or when I record with OBS, most games become slow. They could improve the Beetle Saturn in RetroArch a bit.
