[Feature Request] needed options in core settings

The current core settings were added in a completely chaotic and without explanation. Most importantly, manyimportant options are missing from the standalone Dolphin version. For example, "manual texture sampling" for EA games, or the ability to enable/disable dual-core processing – without it, games can crash or exhibit graphical errors (e.g., Luigi's Mansion). These options can only be configured via INI files, which is very tedious and inconvenient.
