Rebuild ScummVM Database

We need to rebuild the ScummVM database. The automated scans never really worked, so we need to rebuild it using the .scummvm files.

Some problems...

1. ScummVM Compatibility table doesn't provide all the games that work in ScummVM
2. Compatibility table also doesn't have all the metadata we'd want to grab
3. There's the LaunchBoxDB, but it doesn't have the scummvm id shorthand names https://gamesdb.launchbox-app.com/platforms/games/143-scummvm

I've merged this change in. The script is over at https://github.com/robloach/libretro-database-scummvm .

It builds the list from scummvm --list-all-games. Only uses the game ID, not the engine... For example:
