Super Cassette Vision stopped working in retroarch MAME and some Super Cassette Vision games with bad sound

I went to play some Super Cassette Vision games on MAME from retroarch and I noticed that no game runs with the current core, I tested an older core and it worked but I noticed that games like Doraemon and Dragon Ball - Dragon Dai Hikyou have bad sound, could you fix these problems please?

I already fixed the sound problem, I changed the CPU overclock and it fixed the game sound
