Is there a way to add the TMSS startup bios to the RetroArch core?

TMSS bios emulation is not supported as of now.

Is there a reason for doing this? Otherwise I have the impression I should close. Not going to add it in the foreseeable future.

Accuracy for most megadrive consoles at least in Europe is one. I know people seem to have something against it but I'm not sure why.

I believe there were demos that made use of it in some way too or maybe some game did, I forget.
