[Feature request] Add support for SDL_DROPTEXT on more platforms ?

Such as windows & macOS. this would allow many potential things such as drag & drop from browsers (images/canvas/links/..) and from many third party apps & engines aswell (such as Unity/MSExcel/MSWord/...) etc...
