Need examples for release

We have a simple example in docs/hello.c, but we should have at least one more advanced example in the examples directory, and the build project support for it.

@icculus, if you want to write it, I can take a first pass at the build project stuff.

Need an example for setting SDL Properties to do stuff like looping audio.

That's on the list. I think I have a decent progression of examples in progress over here.

Basic examples are in (and I'm willing to call this good enough for 3.2.0).

I wrote these to be wired into examples.libsdl.org, but I haven't set up the bridge yet.

The "advanced" example list, still pending, looks like:

• tagging tracks
• Loading from alternate sources (audio streams, i/o streams, predecoding)
• gain (sliders for multiple tracks plus a master gain slider)
• frequency ratio (same sliders, control frequency ratio instead)
• hooks (show visualizer for each stage of the mixing pipeline)
• 3D positioning (basically cannibalizing testspatialization.c for this one)
• channel maps (probably just "click to reverse stereo channels")
• stereo panning (centered slider that can move left/right)
• fire-and-forget sounds (click button to play another instance of a sound).

...probably other things.

Okay, great. I'll go ahead and close this since this covers the examples needed for release.

The examples' readme says the music and sound are CC-BY-3.0, but if you follow the links to freesound.org, that says they're CC-BY-4.0. Is there some other source for them actually being CC-BY-3.0?

They came out of dragonruby game toolkit, and likely they updated the license since, probably because of this.

Hey, @madebr, I took a very quick shot at getting SDL's build-scripts/build-web-examples.pl to work with SDL3_mixer, but I'm hitting a roadblock right at the start: what's the right way to tell CMake "use this build of SDL3" so I can point it at an emsdk-built version of SDL3?

(Apologies if I've asked this 12 times before.)
