This is an interesting case. Is it a USB device? |

What is the output of hidtest? I assume it also cannot find the device, right? |

Hello, I came across a case where a HID-compatible device is not discovered by 'hidapitester' v0.5, even though it appears in the Windows Device Manager under Human Interface Devices. It is neither a mouse nor keyboard, and it does not appear under those Device Manager categories. The computer is a Windows Laptop running Windows 11 Pro.
I wonder if anyone has experience with this kind of situation and share how to start troubleshooting this. Thanks.
