Publish latest version of the package to maven central

The last (unofficial) published version is 3.0.6 which was published on 2023-02-20. It is missing fixes #204, #212.
Is it possible to publish an official package of the latest version?

FYI: I'm making (an opinionated) fork of jcardsim @ https://github.com/martinpaljak/jcardsim. It will not be a drop-in replacement (due to reasons outlined in the wiki and TODO pages, to some extent) but the current snapshot is published regularly to a Maven repo. It does not (yet) include the CRC fix, but if you need it right away I could add that as well. It falls into the "algorithmic correctness" part of the simulator (areas are outlined in the wiki), whereas I have more structural issues at hand first (like #208).

I expect to process most of forks and existing PR-s and useful fixes in the next few weeks (but there will be midsummer...)
