Add Automatic Chess Game Claims Checker

I wonder if we can add an automatic chess claims checker similar to this tool here: https://github.com/dedekind125/chess-claim-tool. Doing so would save a lot of time in verifying chess games are ok. Games which meet the 75 move or 5-move repetition rules should be automatically ended and a warning should display for the admin of the app. We'd also not need to install a separate application for something that seems straightforward.
