"Cut1" for broadcasts tiebreaks to include a space in the text

Super minor but just a naming correction.

Was learning about the different tiebreak methods.

They seem abbreviated on web, but in the app several of the long form names for the tiebreak, defined thru the api, use "cut1" and looks like it should be "cut 1"

Fide's own specification uses both hyphenated (Cut-1) and concatenated (Median1). There is no standard; it's subjective. Personally, I like the hyphenated.
