Hello,

Is the testnet v3 is ready to test ?

I tried to create a new Vault through webui and then if I try to access it through the cli with latest develop branch (78a9d1a) :

(with DEPLOYED=deployed-hoodi-vaults-testnet-3.json in .env)

yarn start vo r roles

Error: CLI Error: Owner 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 is not a contract (probably EOA)

Theses step was working in testnet v2
