Custom field display in RSVP form

I've added a custom field as a checkbox, but when I display it in the RSVP form, the checkbox is not aligned with its value. Do I need to tweak it using CSS or did I do something wrong?
In the form, I display it using

Repas:#_FIELD{repas}

but it appears like this:

EME obeys the CSS from your theme, so you need to tweak that CSS
