Hi Franky,
We are trying to send a mailing from the 'Generic email' tab, for which I have made a template containing dummy text and styling. This has worked perfectly fine for a couple of years.
Now when we test the mailing by sending a preview to ourselves, all edits to the template are gone. Instead the original template is being sent, with the original dummy text. All edited text and images are gone!
I also tried sending mailings to myself with the 'Send email' button, and one time the correct (edited) version was sent, another time the unedited template version.
Not sure what's going on here, hope you can help with one of your miracle solutions.
