Hello,

The dropdown menu in the "own fields" section is not what I expected.
Theres a "cross' symbol to remove the choice, where I expected the arrow for the dropdown menu

What am I doing something wrong?

I don't see any problem here??? EME uses javascript to create a prettier dropdown select, it works just as a regular dropdown does.

I use a lot of custom fields and the new dropdown select is better when you need to select multiple options for your field, as it holds the partial text you input and you can select multiple options without having to re-type.

Indeed, but maybe for single-input it can be confusing ... I'm thinking about it ...

I'm using the dropdown for single-input.
I think for multiple input I should choose the checkboxes.
Maybe there can be a choice, dropdown for single-input, and a dropdown for multi-input?

After consideration, I've removed the "nicer" select for single-input custom fields (as it is also for seat-selection), see
