Error on pdf output

We send pdf tickets with our booking confirmations and that works just fine.
But when I try to export pdf using Bulk Actions -> PDF output I get an error: 'Secure Connection Failed, The connection was interrupted while the page was loading.'
Sometimes the download starts but results in a failed download.

It used to work just fine, so apparently some glitch creeped in?
Hope you can resolve this, sometimes people ask to resend tickets.

This is not EME's doing. The error "Secure Connection Failed, The connection was interrupted while the page was loading" indicates a https-connection issue to your server.
I just tried it on a public server I manage and the pdf works fine, so you need to figure out where the error is coming from. Google "Secure Connection Failed, The connection was interrupted while the page was loading" and try to fix it. Ah, thank you, I'll dive into that.
You're right, I cloned our site to my local server and it works fine, so it might well be (yet another!) misconfiguration from our webhost. :(
