[feature]: Expose `RemoveUTXOLease` RPC functionality to CLI

Motivation

Currently, if a bitcoin UTXO has been leased by the wallet and the user wants to unlease the output, the only supported method is by calling via the RPC via RemoveUTXOLease https://lightning.engineering/api-docs/api/taproot-assets/asset-wallet/remove-u-t-x-o-lease/index.html

Given more CLI users, adding the ability to call RemoveUTXOLease via the CLI will be helpful.
