cache_prefix hard coded?

The cache_prefix seems to be hard coded to media/cache. The configuration is not applied correctly, but the value in the configuration must not be empty and php bin/console debug:config liip_imagine also shows the correct configuration.
Tested in Symfony 7.1, is there a bugfix?

this is per resolver factory. on a quick look i don't see why it would not work, it should work e.g. for flysystem. with which resolver does it not work? can you provide a minimal configuration that reproduces the problem?
