Redesign user profile

We need to redesign the user profile to show both recommendation and reactions by the user (all types of activities). Recommendation and reactions should be displayed in reverse chronological order (newest first). Recommendations should be displayed using the same cards we are currently using. Reactions should have a different style, and be smaller and less prominent. The user profile should use the new API (#385 ).

First step is to sketch a proposal.
