<h3>Quality</h3>
<p> Our mass analyzer being an orbitrap with a maximum resolution (FWHM) of 1,000,000 at m/z 200 and a sub-1 ppm mass accuracy makes our product compact but effective. Then our novel laser desorption ionization (LDI) system can achieve a spatial resolution of 20 μm. </p>

<h3>Functionality</h3>
<p>This novel instrument can use its LDI to ionize the food of interest at multiple different times during the cooking process.
Ions are then introduced into the instrument and are sent to an orbitrap for separation by mass over charge ratio.
Lastly, an electron multiplier gives a high resolution of 1.1 x 106 pulses/sec for each sample analyzed. </p>
