Supporting variations of the same sound

Feature Description

Currently only one type of each sound is supported, one "electric bassdrum", one "open hihat", etc. Parameters allow variation of certain aspects of the sound, but whole different implementations are currently not supported.

The goal of this issue is to come up with a plan on how multiple variations of the same sound might be supported, and should include a reference implementation for at least one sound.

Motivation / Use Case

There are many ways to synthesize different sounds, and some might be more appropriate for one kind of song, whereas others work better in other songs.

hi @santhosh-7777 , thanks for your interest! One thing to be aware of for this ticket is it's less so about implementing variations of sounds, and more about how to support the concept of having multiple variations of the same sound in the UI and the code.

This ticket is a little bit vague and to be honest I haven't given this too much thought myself.

If you're looking to implement sounds, I think a better choice might be one of the Implement DSP/Cmajor code for tickets or one of the Improve Implementation ones.
