Description
in #255 we added a dependency on the dwrote crate. raph has some safety concerns there, and longer term it probably makes sense for us to implement this little bit of code ourselves; but since the windows crate ecosystem is a bit in flux right now (in particular com-rs is being iterated on heavily, and should become the standard way of implementing com interfaces) I think it makes sense to hold off on that work until things settle down a little bit.
