Host/port for lineman run displayed #292
Description
It would be awesome if one of the last lines in lineman run was the host:port, because I run a bunch of local stuff and forget all the time. It might be in there, but I've scrolled up and not saw it, so it needs to be on the last ~20 lines when it starts up.
