Bower install before precompile assets

Hi there,

Really happy with rails-lineman. I thought it was normal practice to keep my bower_components out of source control, but I see that this build does not install bower or run a bower install.

Should I go ahead and try to write a bower_install step myself or am I misunderstanding how to use this tool?

Well, I don't use bower myself. Are you using lineman-bower? Not sure what this has to do with rails-lineman until I know more about your setup.

As an aside, bower does nothing to ensure that the version of your dependencies is locked or reproducible, so not checking them into source control represents a massive risk to your ability to rebuild your project consistently.
