After the cert has been issued, what then?

I just created a new account, timbl-workspace-test, on databox.me

When I was done, "You're all set" was basically nice, but there was no pointer to my home page, hints as what to do next. We need to distinguish between sign-ups which are just new people who have been pointed to or found the site, and people who are signing up as they have an app running which they need an identify for.
For the former, we need at last pointer back tp the home page, maybe in a separate tab or window.

This issue affects the signup app. I am also opening an issue there (issue 5) to track progress.
