Update Zenodo publishing config

While this was developed under my private account I had automatic publishing of releases to Zenodo configured. This will not work anymore.

We can either

• remove Zenodo integration or
• activate this new directory in Zenodo (this requires someone with admin-permissions in this repository)

It will not be possible to publish under the same "DOI for all versions" - at least I have not found how.

Surprisingly, the Zenodo integration still works 😄

https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18775492 was created after @kevinschaper made the new v0.4.2 Release which was the first from this new location.

We should only update the .zenodo.json to also submit to the LinkML community automatically (not just the NFDI4Cat community).

I just added Release 0.4.2 manually to the LinkML community. Thanks @cmungall for adding me!
