@cmungall - What do you mean by "pydantic as default"?

Pydantic and Python dataclasses are both produced currently. Do you mean to only produce pydantic but not python dataclasses?

The owl issue should be solved by #114.

I would also be fine with closing this one and making specific issues. The milestone 1.0.0 exists already so that open issues can be assigned to it. The main difficulty is deciding what is still needed for 1.0.0 (and who decides that).

My wishlist for 1.0.0

• sidecar - installing copier into a sidecar ./linkml/ - solves pre-existing licensing issue - works great for me.
• sssom clarity
• keep the PRs flowing for minor nitpicks

@cmungall is fine with this in general - he wants to promote downstream users to using pydantic classes more. But could be 1.0.1 as well.

A point on my wishlist:

• Add multi-version support as optional feature. How it can be done is already clear: I added it to some project that are based on this template), for example pid4cat or DCAT-AP+. The solution is based on mike as in linkml-model
