nvme: fc: add a test case to check module unload before fc resource cleanup

As discussed in mailing lists, test cases in nvme group fail for nvme_trtype=fc, when relevant modules are unloaded before fc resource cleanup: ref

It is desired to add a test case to trigger the failure, so that the failure gets fixed and prevented.

FTR, Linux v6.3-rc3 ships a lot of bugfixes for nvme-fc and nvmet-fc. With these fixes in place, blktests runs pretty smoothly. I think we can try to write a test for this and see what will explode now.
