Unable to access the bluetooth device

I am using ATWILC3000 device and i am trying to access the bluetooth device which is getting scanned in the microchip app .
When i try to connect to the detected device it is showing an error as follows:

What is the issue
Note : I am using bluez 5.48 utility stack
