* xkcd@rjanja: Add XKCD alt text under the image & other changes (read desc)

-Added XKCD alt text under the image, but now with text wrapping and no more stretchy images!!

-Added "View in browser" to the popup menu

-Removed all references to the Tweener library because it wasn't functioning

!!Important!!: you may need to restart Cinnamon through the Melange debugger once you use this commit on your computer, because the CSS won't update otherwise

* Changed wrap mode

* Made things prettier, added label showing the xkcd number, removed
cinnimon default decorations

* Changed "last-edited"

* xkcd@rjanja:  added configuration menu

- Added config menu
- Removed the need for a CSS style sheet
- Updated screenshot because of major changes to the style
- Removed unused "quality" and "delay" from metadata.json
- Removed README, updated README.md

* xkcd@rjanja: fixed validation error in previous commit

* xkcd@rjanja: improved code formatting
