Issue
Windows sometimes flicker when switching workspaces.
Steps to reproduce
The flicker doesn't always happen, it seems like it depends on the windows open, but under these conditions I could reproduce it every time
- Have window animations and workspace OSD enabled (the default)
- Close all your windows
- Open a window on workspace 1, not maximized
- Switch to workspace 2
- Switch back to workspace 1
- The window will flicker as the animation happens
Expected behaviour
Windows don't flicker.
Other information
This only seems to happen when switching workspaces from right to left, left to right seems to work fine. Disabling windows animations or workspace OSD gets rid of the issue. I have not noticed this issue before upgrading to Linux Mint 20.2 (but maybe I was just lucky enough to never hit the right conditions for it). I could also reproduce the issue on a live boot of a freshly downloaded Linux Mint 20.2.
