Empty taskbar after cinnamon restart

Issue / Steps to reproduce
After every restart of Cinammon, for exemple with alt+F2 / the taskbar is empty

Expected behaviour
The software which are running should remain visible on the taskbar...

Other information
I used to have multiline taskbar, but even without it, there is a problem.
