Alacritty terminal does not focus when opened

Bug description

Hello. This began to occur after the recent migration to LM 22.3. The Alacritty terminal that I use does not focus itself when opened by either the system menu, the taskbar, or a keyboard shortcut. I've tried other terminals such as gnome-terminal and URXVT, and these do not exhibit the same behavior.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Alacritty terminal
2. The window does appear and place itself normally, but it does not detect focus

Expected behavior

1. Open Alacritty...
2. The window appears and gains focus as per any other application

Additional information

I've had this happen on two different machines with different hardware specifications as well. This doesn't appear to be an issue when using the experimental Wayland Cinnamon session.
