Bug description

I have a working Cinnamon Desktop at 6.6.3.
Today i tried to upgrade to 6.6.4 and after i logout and relogin, it display blank desktop
I thought i missed latest xapp-symbolic-icons and i upgrade those as well, but it still display blank desktop

Steps to reproduce

upgrade to cinnamon 6.6.4
logout and login

Expected behavior

working cinnamon desktop

It's saying that dropbox needs libappindicator support, but I do have libappindicator and it does work normally if I revert back to 6.6.3.
