After a clear installation, users may not know that some translations in the system are missing. I know about Mintreport, but it would be better for new users to have notifications or simple support to update existing or currently used translation packages in the system.

I suggest supporting an "update" if a language pack is incomplete using Mintupdate.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Run a program/daemon like in Ubuntu that informs about the lack of translation packages and allows one-click installation of them.
