mintUpdate 6.1.5 missing Linux Kernels management utility on LMDE 6

Issue:
"Linux Kernels" management option under "View" dropdown is not present in mintUpdate 6.1.5 for LMDE 6 Faye users.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install LMDE 6.
2. Update to latest version of "Update Manager" mintUpdate 6.1.5.
3. Open "View" dropdown.

Expected behavior
Linux Kernels being an available option in the UI for accessing kernel management.

Additional context
Documentation under "Help -> Contents" clearly states the Linux Kernels utility should be present in mintUpdate for LMDE users, however it is not. Linux Kernels utility either:
Needs to be added
or
An amendment be made to the documentation clearly stating that LMDE will not have the Linux Kernels management feature and why.

I just needed this because kernel 6.1.34 breaks USB tethering, so just noticed it. How has there been no activity or reply on this? Seems simple enough to at least state if this is a bug or was intended for some reason we don't know.

Doesn't help my use-case though. Guess I've become extremely rusty at this since my days configuring and building custom kernels in Slackware and VectorLinux.
