MINOR: popup showing downloads progressions isn't properly expanding when I expand it since the rework of the backend in 22.1

A minor feature request really that relates to purely user experience and styles.

Before the rework of the mintUpdate manager, the popup could be expanded on the screen and the inner content of it, the one that shows progression bars and not the black screen console, could be expanded in accordance to the expansion of the popup window it is in, in all directions. Now it is still expandable, but only in the left-right direction. The black console properly expands according to the popup after all the progress bars are 100%.

This might be something silly but I really enjoy seeing a lot of progression bars on the screen.

This might be something silly but I really enjoy seeing a lot of progression bars on the screen. Pls Fix/Add back the up-down expansion of the progression bars container when the popup window is resized.
