Graphics hardware and used driver: Caicos XT [Radeon HD 7470/8470 / R5 235/310 OEM using the radeon driver according to lshw output.

Issue
The folder/directory Desktop is named as Desktop both on the actual Desktop and in Nemo when it should be named Skrivbord as the system language is set to Swedish.
Steps to reproduce
Install Mageia 8 64 bit using the boot.iso (minimal installation iso that uses the internet to install)
Choose Swedish language.
Choose to install Cinnamon and MATE in the installer.
Boot Mageia 8 when done and login to the Cinnamon desktop environment.
Open the Home folder on the desktop and look at all the folders in your $HOME to see that all folders are in Swedish except for Skrivbord which is in English.
Expected behaviour
When opening $HOME in Nemo all folders should be named into Swedish.
