Bug description
Ctrl+Shift+Drag&Drop will not create a symbolic link, but instead move a file or folder. The symbol next to the cursor while dragging reflects this.
Steps to reproduce
- Create an empty file.
- Drag the file while holding Ctrl and Shift.
- Drop the file in a different folder.
Expected behavior
- While dragging and holding Ctrl+Shift, the icon changes to linked chain.
- When dropping, a symbolic link is created.
Additional information
I've seen this also on Ubuntu 22.04 before. The problem does not show up when running as root via sudo nemo. Deleting ~/gnome2/accels/nemo did not change anything.
