Add option to set default save location for screenshots

Hello and thank you for developing Pix!

I really like using Pix as a lightweight image viewer, and I recently discovered that it can also take screenshots via Edit > Take Screenshot. That’s a useful feature!

However, I noticed that all screenshots are saved directly to the default Pictures folder, without asking for a location or offering a way to change the default save path.

It would be very helpful if Pix could allow users to:

• set a custom default folder for saving screenshots (e.g. in preferences),
• or at least offer a "Save As…" dialog right after taking a screenshot.

This would make workflows with multiple screenshots much easier and more organized – especially when working on projects that require comparing or sorting images into dedicated folders.
