Where does it link? To the detail page of the idea instead of directly to the comment?

@hello-kathi can you re-test this one in one firstly click notification and don't touch scroll or touch pad and see where it leads and second time, click notification and try scrolling as soon as you get on the page, I think that breaks this activity breaks the linking
