Merge JSON report and standard error output

Currently, EVMLiSA generates two separate outputs: one as a JSON report (when using the `--report-json` flag) and another printed to the standard error (stderr). This separation can make it cumbersome to analyze results, as both outputs contain important information that often needs to be referenced together.
