Wrong content type on website?

When I try to open http://litecoin.org/ in Firefox, it brings up the browser's Save As dialog because the Content-Type header says it's application/octet-stream.

Do you see this consistently? I saw it happen in one of hundred tries, and it went away after a reload. There are glitches with Cloudflare, we have no control over it.

I tried it repeatedly yesterday, and again today on a different computer & Internet connection. So far, I haven't seen the page load correctly even once. Maybe this only affects my geographic region for some reason?
